GETCHA HEAD IN THE GAME--Freshamn Allison Scheller attempts to grab the ball from a member of the Crockett team during their Tuesday game at McCallum high school. The Knights lost this game 15-35 but play Lanier tonight(1/15/16). "Getting fouled can hurt sometimes but it's a great opportunity for free throws and getting extra points" Said Scheller.
SHE SHOOTS, SHE SCORES--Freshman Karel Tinkler throw a free throw after getting fowled during the lady knights Tuesday defeat again Crockett. The Knights lost their game 15-35 but have another game Friday January 15th against Lanier. "Free throws can be hard during games, there's a lot of pressure but if you make it it's a great feeling" Said Tinkler.
There is a little bit of the low-hanging fruit phenomenon here as all three of your interviews were less than 10 feet away from you in class, but the pictures and captions are still good. A couple of pointer. Attribution should be [name] said not said [name] and when you report a score it's always winner points first so even the game score should be reported as 35-15. It also always good if you can include the person's individual stats or something they contributed to the game in your contextual info i.e. Including this free throw shot, Tinkler scored [x] points in the game. One other thought. Your position probably isn't the best. If you notice, there is a photographer position on the baseline. I think it's more likely that the action will come to him. On the sideline, the players on offense are kind of moving away from you. The tipoff picture is best I think and the shot of Allison playing D because I can see their faces. I also am wondering what setting you used to take these pictures. Lots to think about I know. 98
